Day-Of Coordination Service

Your wedding day is finally here and you want everything to go smoothly and as planned. Let us help you! This package provides a day-of-coordinator who will not only ensure that the wedding celebration is executed as desired, but will be there pre-wedding to help organize a timeline and more.

What is included:

  • Rehearsal coordination and facilitation (for onsite rehearsals only)

  • A detailed event timeline for you, your vendors, wedding party, etc.

  • Review all vendor contracts and arrangements

  • Assistance creating a table layout that best suits your needs

  • Acceptance, preservation, and distribution of all bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, etc.

  • Ensuring the flower girl and ring bearer have their flowers, ring pillows, etc.

  • Confirming the DJ/musicians have the correct music selection for the ceremony and are cued appropriately

  • Assembling and cueing the wedding party when it’s time to walk down the aisle

  • Notifying and preparing the bride when it is time for her big moment

  • Helping the DJ/MC keep to the schedule (or flexing if needed) to ensure the evening runs smoothly

  • Organizing the wedding party for the grand entrance

  • Communicating with the bride and groom throughout the night so you are aware of what is coming up next during your reception

  • Making certain that everyone scheduled to give toasts, blessings, etc. are prepared and ready to go

  • Ensuring that all the pieces are in place for the send off
